Rowes Wharf

This renovation involved the complex removal of a central wall to open the kitchen and living areas. The challenge lay in the wall’s role, housing key mechanical systems for multiple residential units above and below. Extensive coordination among engineers, tradespeople, and building staff ensured uninterrupted building operations and long-term system integrity. Meticulous planning allowed for the reworking of plumbing, ducting, and electrical systems. The finished space showcases exceptional craftsmanship, particularly in the master bath, where precisely aligned tilework and fixtures reflect flawless execution.
