This condo renovation focused on opening the space to showcase stunning Boston Harbor views. Originally featuring 90s-style Venetian plaster ceilings, extensive wainscoting, and a closed-off galley kitchen, the layout felt dark and confined. By removing the kitchen wall and exposing the living area’s floor-to-ceiling windows, the transformation resulted in an open, airy floor plan filled with natural light. Unified by gray-stained oak floors and crisp white walls, the refreshed space now feels significantly larger, modern, and perfectly positioned to enjoy waterfront views.
